This event is for women by women and anyone is welcome to come. You do not need to be involved in agriculture. All ages are welcome, last year the youngest attendee was 16 and the oldest was 70. We are all equals when you come into this room. No one person is better than the other! The moment you enter you are welcomed as you are. You will leave better than when you came. Ready to conquer the year and all the ups and downs that come with life.

Colby, Kansas is located right along I-70 in Kansas. The nearest airports are Hays Kansas (2-hour drive) or Denver Colorado (3 hours and 15-minute drive) Rooms are blocked off at Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn in Colby under Cultivating Courage for a discount.

300+ women came together in February and together were poured into by a handpicked 12 inspirational speakers. We laughed, we cried, we smiled, grew and opened up to one another. We left that weekend better than how we arrived. Prepared to take on whatever life threw our way. Hope, Courage and Inspiration filled the room as we stood for our sisters and clearly saw we are never alone in any of the hardships we face. These women mattered.
